INGREDIENTS
250g hazelnut cream

10g baking powder

3 eggs

METHOD
1. Beat the egg yolks and add hazelnut cream.
2. Beat the egg whites and add to the first batter.
3. Put the batter in a cake or plumcake pan and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
