You won't believe this rich, squidgy, indulgent chocolate cake only has three ingredients, and neither will your guests! Eggs, hazelnut cream and baking powder are whisked together for a rich dessert that's impressive yet completely hassle-free to make.

250g hazelnut cream

METHOD
1. Beat the egg yolks and add hazelnut cream.
2. Beat the egg whites and add to the first batter.
3. Put the batter in a cake or plumcake pan and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
