3 ingredients chocolate cake: ready in just 20 minutes!

You won't believe this rich, squidgy, indulgent chocolate cake only has three ingredients!
INGREDIENTS

350 g (12 oz) chocolate cookies;
370 g (13 fl.oz) milk;
2 ¼ tsp baking powder;
For the sauce (optional):
120 g (4 oz) chocolate (milk or dark);
1/3 cup full-fat cream.
METHOD
- Blend chocolate cookies until fine crumbs form.
- Add cookie crumbs into a large bowl, then add some baking powder, whisk to combine and add the milk in.
- Stir and then blend everything using an immersion blender until smooth batter forms.
- Pour the cookie batter into parchment covered baking pan (20x20 cm). Spread evenly with a spatula.
- Bake at 180C for around 20 minutes, then leave to cool down.
- You can top the cake with hazelnut cream or make the quick ganache by combining chocolate with hot milk and stirring it until smooth. Pour ganache on top and spread evenly, then leave to set before slicing.
