Vertical cookie cake: this cool dessert will amaze anyone

You’ve never seen anything like this before :D

INGREDIENTS
500g of mascarpone cheese
80g of powdered sugar
1 tbsp of honey
300g of whipped cream
400g of chocolate cookies
Hazelnut spread to taste
Milk
DIRECTIONS
Prepare filling: mix mascarpone cheese with whipped cream, honey and powdered sugar. Take a 26cm cake tin, pour cookies in milk and arrange them vertically. Arrange overlapping layers of filling and cookies, then cover everything with the filling and place in the fridge for about 3 hours. Cover with hazelnut spread and cocoa powder and serve.
