Chocolate cookie log: a perfect dessert ready in a few steps!

You only need some chocolate and biscuits to make a great dessert!
INGREDIENTS

100g (½ cup) sugar;
400g (4 cups) cookies;
650ml (2 ¾ cup) milk;
650ml (2 ¾ cup) milk;
50g (½ cup) cocoa powder;
200g (1 ¼ cup) chocolate;
65g (½ cup) cornstarch;
30g (2 tbsp) butter.
METHOD
- Layer rectangular baking pan with plastic wrap and place cookies on top to cover the bottom and the sides of it.
- Set aside cookies to cover the top of the pan. Crush any leftover cookies with your hands.
- Cook milk, sugar, cocoa and cornstarch over medium-low heat until thick and smooth (for around 10 minutes). Add cold butter and stir it in.
- Combine cocoa cream with cookies and pour the mixture on top of the prepared pan. Layer whole cookies on top.
- Set the pan aside for 1 hour.
- After 30 minutes you can serve the trunk as it is or pours more melted chocolate on top and leave it 30 minutes to set before slicing.
