Chocolate cookie log: a perfect dessert ready in a few steps!

You only need some chocolate and biscuits to make a great dessert!

INGREDIENTS
 100g (½ cup) sugar;
 400g (4 cups) cookies; 
 650ml (2 ¾ cup) milk;
 50g (½ cup) cocoa powder;
 200g (1 ¼ cup) chocolate;
 65g (½ cup) cornstarch;
 30g (2 tbsp) butter.
 
METHOD
  1.  Layer rectangular baking pan with plastic wrap and place cookies on top to cover the bottom and the sides of it.
  2.  Set aside cookies to cover the top of the pan. Crush any leftover cookies with your hands.
  3.  Cook milk, sugar, cocoa and cornstarch over medium-low heat until thick and smooth (for around 10 minutes). Add cold butter and stir it in.
  4.  Combine cocoa cream with cookies and pour the mixture on top of the prepared pan. Layer whole cookies on top.
  5.  Set the pan aside for 1 hour.
  6.  After 30 minutes you can serve the trunk as it is or pours more melted chocolate on top and leave it 30 minutes to set before slicing.
