Cookies and chocolate tower log: a no-bake dessert to try!

INGREDIENTS
250g of biscuits
 
Chocolate ganache:
30g (4 tbsp) Cocoa powder
40g (6 tbsp) Powdered sugar
90g (6 tbsp) Melted unsalted butter
15g (2 tbsp) Melted chocolate
 
Coffe mix:
6g (2 tsp) Coffee
100ml (2/5 cup) milk
 
METHOD
  1. Make the chocolate ganache. Prepare the coffee mix. Dip each biscuit into the coffee mixture, coat each biscuit with chocolate paste. Spread the chocolate paste over cookie tower.
  2. Repeat all the biscuits and stack them on top of each other. Refrigerate until set for about half an hour. Cut diagonally. The more diagonals, the more layers you will get.
