No-bake cookies: easy to make and super delicious!

They are so quick and delightful, you'll love this recipe!

INGREDIENTS

300g (3 cups) cookies, crumbled;

40g (3 tbsp) butter, melted;

60ml (4 tbsp) liquid honey;

90ml (⅓ cup) full-fat cream;

Chocolate, chopped pistachios for decoration.

METHOD

Combine cookies with melted butter, honey and cream until you left with a compact but tiny bit sticky cookie mass.
Form cookie mass into a log using plastic wrap and chill it for 1 hour.
Cut into portions, dip the top part of each cookie into melted chocolate and decorate using chopped pistachios.
