Bow cookies: delicious and super easy to make!

INGREDIENTS
250g (1 ½ cups) all-purpose flour;
60g (½ cup) powdered sugar;
3g (½ tsp) baking powder;
a pinch of salt;
1 egg;
130g (½ cup) cold butter;
80g (¼ cup) apricot jam;
80g (¼ cup) hazelnut paste.
METHOD
1. Whisk flour with powdered sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. Mix cold butter into the flour using your fingers. When crumbs form, add one egg and work the dough with your hands until it comes together and becomes smooth.
3. Roll out the dough into a 3-4 mm thick layer and cut out circles about 5 cm in diameter.
4. Using a teaspoon or a piping bag, place a dollop of jam or hazelnut paste in the middle of each circle and pinch both edges of the dough together to form a bow.
5. Bake bow cookies for 12-15 minutes at 180°C/350°F.
