No bake log: the mouth-watering chocolate roll to try

No-bake, easy and super delicious!

For the batter:
350g of biscuits
40g (5 tbsp) of cocoa powder
30g (1/4 cup) of butter (melted)
230ml (1 cup) of milk

For the filling:
250ml (1 cup) of whipping cream
30g (2 tbsp) of sugar
120g (1/2 cup) of greek vanilla yogurt

For decoration:
15g (2 tbsp) of cocoa powder
Candied cherries
Mint leaves

METHOD
- Add the biscuits to the food processor and grind them well. Transfer them to a bowl and add cocoa powder, melted butter, and stir. Gradually add the milk and mix everything well to get a dough.
- In a bowl add the whipping cream, sugar and mix with the mixer. Add the vanilla yogurt and mix it all well together.
- On parchment paper flatten the dough with the rolling pin and form the rectangle 35x25cm.
- Split the prepared cream in half and spread one half on the flattened dough. Roll up the from the short edge using paper. Roll it out into parchment paper and transfer it to the fridge for 3 hours.
- On the other half of the prepared cream add the cocoa powder and mix it all well together to prepare the cream for decoration.
- After the time has elapsed unfold the roll and spread the prepared mixture. Decorate the trunk with candied cherries and mint leaves.
