Royce pave chocolate: small piece smooth creamy chocolate melted in your mouth!

No one can resist popping a piece of this heavenly rich flavourful chocolate into their mouths and love it immediately. They burst slowly like a decadent truffle!
INGREDIENTS

180 g (6.3 oz) dark chocolate;
135 g (4.7 oz) milk chocolate;
225 g (7.6 fl.oz) full-fat cream;
17 g (0.6 oz) butter;
cacao powder for serving.

METHOD
Heat up some cream and add minced chocolate (both milk and dark). Put some butter and whisk until smooth.
Cover squire 20x20 cm (8x8 inches) pan with baking paper and pour chocolate mixture in.
Let set in freezer for 4-6 hours, remove the paper and slice into 9 squires. Cover each chocolate squire with cocoa powder and serve.
