Nama chocolate cake: the japanase dessert that melts in your mouth!

This Japanese dessert is a must-try!
INGREDIENTS

3-4 (40g) cookies;
3 hazelnuts;
3 almonds;
30 g (3 tbsp) condensed milk;
200 g (1 cup) dark chocolate;
120 ml (½ cup) full-fat cream;
10 g (1 tbsp) honey.
METHOD
- Crush cookies using a rolling pin to make crumbs.
- Chop nuts finely and mix with cookie crumbs.
- Combine nuts and cookies with condensed milk, press into a loaf pan covered with parchment, then let sit in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix honey and milk and place it in the microwave. When the milk is hot, pour it over the chocolate and combine until the chocolate has completely melted.
- Pour chocolate filling over the cookie layer and smooth it out.
- Let the cake sit in the freezer for 30 minutes, then remove it and cut it into bars. Sprinkle with cocoa before serving.
