Nama chocolate cake: the japanase dessert that melts in your mouth!

This Japanese dessert is a must-try!

INGREDIENTS
 3-4 (40g) cookies;
 3 hazelnuts;
 3 almonds;
 30 g (3 tbsp) condensed milk;
 200 g (1 cup) dark chocolate;
 120 ml (½ cup) full-fat cream;
 10 g (1 tbsp) honey.
 
METHOD
  1.  Crush cookies using a rolling pin to make crumbs.
  2.  Chop nuts finely and mix with cookie crumbs.
  3.  Combine nuts and cookies with condensed milk, press into a loaf pan covered with parchment, then let sit in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  4.  Meanwhile, mix honey and milk and place it in the microwave. When the milk is hot, pour it over the chocolate and combine until the chocolate has completely melted.
  5.  Pour chocolate filling over the cookie layer and smooth it out.
  6.  Let the cake sit in the freezer for 30 minutes, then remove it and cut it into bars. Sprinkle with cocoa before serving.
