Pudding banana cake: a melt-in-your-mouth creamy dessert!

INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
4 eggs
200g (1 cup) sugar
27g (3 tbsp) of cocoa
120g (1 cup) flour
8g (2 tsp) vanillin
8g (2 tsp) baking powder
After the cake is baked:
250ml (1 cup) milk
3-4 bananas
For the custard:
75g (5 tbsp) butter
1l (4 cups) milk
125g (1 cup) flour
100g (½ cup) sugar
8g (2 tsp) vanillin
Chocolate sauce:
200ml (4/5 cup) heavy cream
150g chocolate
METHOD
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar. Add cocoa, flour, vanilla and baking powder. Whisk and pour into a baking tin. Bake at 180C for 20 min. Pour milk over the peel and arrange the bananas.
- Cook custard of butter, flour, milk, sugar and vanilla. Pour over the bananas and leave to cool.
- Make a topping of chocolate and cream. Pour over the cake and leave to cool. Serve.
