Pudding banana cake: a melt-in-your-mouth creamy dessert!

INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
4 eggs
200g (1 cup) sugar
27g (3 tbsp) of cocoa
120g (1 cup) flour
8g (2 tsp) vanillin
8g (2 tsp) baking powder
 
After the cake is baked:
250ml (1 cup) milk
3-4 bananas
 
For the custard:
75g (5 tbsp) butter
1l (4 cups) milk
125g (1 cup) flour
100g (½ cup) sugar
8g (2 tsp) vanillin
 
Chocolate sauce:
200ml (4/5 cup) heavy cream
150g chocolate
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar. Add cocoa, flour, vanilla and baking powder. Whisk and pour into a baking tin. Bake at 180C for 20 min. Pour milk over the peel and arrange the bananas.
  2. Cook custard of butter, flour, milk, sugar and vanilla. Pour over the bananas and leave to cool.
  3. Make a topping of chocolate and cream. Pour over the cake and leave to cool. Serve.
