LOLLIPOP: You can make them at home in just a few steps!

INGREDIENTS
210g (1 cup) sugar
90g corn syrup
70ml (1/4 cup) water
Vanilla extract
Red food coloring
METHOD
1. Place the sticks on the lollipop mold before you start making the caramel.
2. In a saucepan, add the sugar, corn syrup, and water. Heat over medium heat and stir until the sugar dissolves. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook until it reaches 150°C.
3. Turn off the heat and add the vanilla extract and red food coloring. Mix to combine, then remove from the heat.
4. Quickly pour the mixture into the lollipop mold, filling each cavity all the way to the top. Set aside to cool completely.
5. Unmold the lollipops once they are firm and serve.
