Egg bread: you can make them in a pan in a few minutes!

No yeast needed!

INGREDIENTS
300 gr flour
Salt
180 ml warm water
Oil
few slices of Chinese cabbage
half a carrot
a few mushrooms
3 eggs
spice
 
METHOD
  1. Combine just, salt, warm water and knead the dough. Divide the dough into 5 parts, coat with oil, cover and let stand.
  2. Cut Chinese cabbage, put in a pan, season with salt and bring to a boil, then strain. Cut in half carrots and mushrooms.
  3. Whisk 3 eggs and make scrambled eggs.
  4. Combine all ingredients, add salt, pepper and oil.
  5. Roll out the dough oblong, fill with mixture, roll and bake.
