Stuffed bread: you can make it in a pan to make it soft and stringy!

INGREDIENTS
420g (3 1/2 cups) of flour
260ml (1 cup) of milk
50g (1/4 cup) of butter (melted)
Salt
Cheese
Ham

METHOD
1. In a bowl add the flour, milk, butter (melted), and salt and mix. When dough starts to form knead it with hands to obtain the smooth dough. Wrap in cling film and transfer to the fridge for 15 minutes.
2. After 15 minutes transfer the dough to the working surface and cut it into 8 pieces.
3. Roll out each piece and place the cheese and ham in the middle. Close it and roll it out.
4. Transfer the bread to the pan and cook on both sides.
5. Serve them all together on a serving dish and enjoy.
