Chicken rolls: you can make them in a pan in a few minutes!

This is the perfect recipe for a quick, cheap and full of flavor dinner! 

INGREDIENTS
• 2 chicken breasts
• 30g cheese
• 2 boiled eggs
• 2 tbsp green onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 tsp sour cream
• salt, pepper to taste
• 3 tbsp vegetable oil
• flour
• 2 eggs
• Basil
 
METHOD
  1. Cut chicken breast into slices, beat off. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl put cheese, boiled eggs, green onions, garlic, sour cream and mix. Then add this stuffing in each chicken slice and wrap it in a roll.
  3. Beat the egg whites, then add yolks and mix.
  4. Dip each roll in flour, then in whipped eggs and fry in preheated oil. Turn over during frying. Cover with a lid and fry until cooked.
