25-28 eggs  
Toasted bread 
Avocado mash 
Olive oil 

METHOD 
1. Pour all eggs onto the baking pan, and bake at 190°C (375°F) for 7-10 minutes.
2. Put 1-2 eggs onto the toasted bread with mashed avocado and oil.
