Glazed pastries: how to make them perfect and crunchy in just a few minutes!

INGREDIENTS
1 egg white
60g (1/2 cup) of powdered sugar
1 roll of puff pastry
Apricot jam
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the egg white and powdered sugar and whisk to combine well.
2. Unroll the puff pastry on a cutting board and cut it with the pastry cutter to obtain the rectangles (about 10x2cm).
3. Arrange the rectangles on the baking tray covered with parchment paper and brush them with the prepared glaze.
4. Fill the piping bag with the apricot jam and make draw the X's on the surface of each stripe.
5. Transfer to the oven and bake at 170°C/340°F for 25 minutes. Serve on a plate and enjoy.
