Sporcamuss: a traditional dessert from Puglia that takes just a few minutes to make!

They are delicious and super quick to make, they are perfect for any occasion!
 
INGREDIENTS
puff pastry
for the cream filling: 
150ml whipped cream 
100g custard
 
DIRECTIONS
1. Cut the puff pastry into squares of equal size.
2. Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar, then bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
3. Prepare the whipped cream and blend the custard into it.
4. Let the puff pastry squares cool, then add the cream filling.
5. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
