Candy cookies: they are ready in just a few minutes!

INGREDIENTS
200g (1 cup) of butter (soft)
140g (3/4 cup) of sugar
10g (3/4 tbsp) of vanilla sugar
A pinch of salt
Lemon (zest)
1 egg
1 egg yolk
370g (3 cups) of flour
16g of baking powder
Sugar for coating
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt and mix with a spatula to dissolve the sugar. Grate the lemon and add the egg, egg yolk, flour, baking powder, and mix. When the dough starts to form knead it with hands to obtain compact dough.
2. Take the batter with your hands and roll it out forming the candy shape. Transfer the candies to the sugar coating them well.
3. Transfer the cookies to the baking tray covered with parchment paper. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 15 minutes.
4. Serve them all together on a serving dish and enjoy.
