Bubble fritters: light and ready in few minutes!

Just 4 ingredients and the best fritters ever will be ready! 
 
INGREDIENTS
200g (1 1/3 cup) Flour
2 Eggs
45ml (1/4 cup) Heavy cream
a pinch of salt
15g (1 tbsp) Sugar
Oil
Powdered sugar

METHOD
  1. In a bowl add eggs, flour, heavy cream, sugar and mix. Knead the dough and leave it for 30 minutes.
  2. Divide the dough into 8 balls.
  3. Spread each ball and fry it in a pan with oil. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
