Put the minced meat in an ice tray: a hack to try
Small cubes of minced meat filled with cheese, here's how to make them in just a few steps, all you need is an ice tray and you're done!
 
INGREDIENTS
500g minced meat
1 egg
50g parmesan
salt
pepper
parsely
cheese
 
METHOD
1. Mix the meat with the egg, the parmesan, salt, pepper and parsely.
2. Put the meat into the ice tray and push a little cube of cheese in the center.
3. MAke your little meatballs and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.

You also use this trick to freeze your meatballas!
