Fried meat skewers: quick to make and super delicious!

A tasty and delicious meal to enjoy with your loved ones!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
- ground meat 600 grams
- salt 2 tsp
- 1-2 tsp pepper
- onion 1
- parsley
- 1 l water
- 400g flour
- 70g butter
- olive oil
- broth cube 1
- eggs 3
-breadcrumbs 2 cups
METHOD
- Cut your vegetables then mix it with ground meat and spices, transform 2-3 tbsp of it onto plastic wrap and make a sausages.
- In a pot with boiling water mix broth cube with butter, add in the flour. Mix it well.
- Transfer some dough mixture onto a plastic wrap and roll it up. Put a sausage on top of it and wrap it.
- Dip the skewels into a beaten eggs and then into a breadcrumbs.
- Dip into a hot oil for about 12-15 minutes untill golden brown.
