Meat skewers: the genius way to try now!

A genius way to make incredible meat skewers at home!

INGREDIENTS

750g (1 ½ pound) minced meat;
salt and pepper to taste;
30g (2 tbsp) shredded parmesan;
1 tsp paprika;
2 tbsp chopped parsley.

METHOD

Cut out the bottom of a plastic bottle as shown in the video. Take a glass of similar circumference.
Combine minced meat with cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and paprika. Place meat into a bottle and insert a skewer into the top of the bottle.
Slightly pushing out minced meat from the bottom to the top, form meat skewers and grill them until fully done.
