Meat skewers stuffed with cheese: for an original and tasty second dish!

INGREDIENTS

400g of minced meat
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of salt
Pepper
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 egg
100g of cheese

METHOD

In a bowl with the meat add the onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, egg and mix all well together.
Cut a piece of cheese into many rectangles and insert a stick suitable for going into the oven.
With the hands slowly add the minced meat around it and form the skewers.
Bake in the oven at 180°C/356°F for 20 minutes.
