Stuffed onions: the second dish that will surprise your guests!

If you love onions and eggs, this recipe is for you!
INGREDIENTS
4 red onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp black pepper
1/3 tsp mixed herbs
250 g of minced meat
4 egg whites
4 egg yolks
40 g of shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp parsley

METHOD
- Remove the middle of the onion and cut it, fry it on medium heat with garlic and chopped pepper, add salt, pepper, and mixed herbs. Add in meat and fry it for a few more minutes.
- Transfer to the bowl and when cool enough add in egg whites and parsley.
- Fill onions with prepared meat and top it with egg yolks.
- Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 40 minutes. Top with shredded cheese and bake for 10 minutes more.
