Baked stuffed onions: a delicious side dish ready in a few steps!

These onions are a great accompaniment for roasts!

INGREDIENTS
1,5 kg small onions
1 kg minced meat
Olive oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp Water
1/2 cup Pomegranate syrup

METHOD
  1. Clean all onions, cut it in half but not fully.
  2. Mix meat with species and fill onions with it.
  3. Transfer to a baking pan, pour it with olive oil. Bake at 190’ C (375’F) for 40-45 minutes.
  4. Mix pomegranate syrup with water and lemon juice and pour it onto the prepared dishes.
