ONION SALAD: a tasty and easy-to-make side dish!

INGREDIENTS
3 onions
Rosemary
60ml (1/4 cup) of extra virgin olive oil
15g (1 tbsp) of white wine vinegar
METHOD
1. Peel the onions and cut them in half.
2. Transfer them to a pot of water and add the rosemary. Cook for 7 minutes, then remove from the heat and let them cool.
3. In a small bowl, combine the extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, and a bit of rosemary. Mix well.
4. Slice the onions and place them on a serving dish. Pour the dressing over them and serve.
