Stuffed mushrooms: an easy and tasty side-dish to try!

These stuffed mushrooms are the ultimate delicious appetizer for any occasion!!

INGREDIENTS
• 9-10 pcs. large champignons
• 220g chicken fillet
• 1 onion
• 70g sour cream
• 100g cheese
• salt
•black pepper
• 1 tsp dried garlic
• ½ tsp dried parsley
• ½ tsp dried basil
• ¼ tsp nutmeg
 
METHOD
  1. Remove the stem from the mushrooms. Slice. Chop the onion. Chop the chicken. Fry onions, add mushrooms and filet. Salt, pepper, add dried garlic, parsley, basil, sour cream, nutmeg.
  2. Stuff mushrooms. Sprinkle with cheese on top.
  3. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180°C (355°F). Sprinkle with herbs.
