Onion bread: the surprising side dish to prepare in no time!

The whole family will love this recipe: super easy and tasty! 
 
INGREDIENTS
1kg (8 cups) flour
600ml (2 2/5 cups) water
8g (2 tsp) salt
1kg (2 pounds) onion
4g (1 tsp) pepper
250g (1 cup) melted butter
 
METHOD
  1. Dissolve salt in water. Pour over flour and knead the dough.
  2. Leave the dough to stand for 10 minutes, then divide it into 7 parts. Leave for another 10 minutes.
  3. Dip the dough balls in the melted butter.
  4. Cut the onion and add salt and pepper.
  5. Spread the dough balls and sprinkle with onions. Roll out the dough and arrange it in a baking tray and coat with butter.
  6. Bake at 400°F/200°C for about 30 minutes. Serve.
