Onion flatbread: how to make it at home in a few steps!

This super simple onion flatbread comes together quickly with just a few easy (and inexpensive) ingredients!
INGREDIENTS
0.5 kg Onion
2 pcs Eggs in the dough + 1 pc. for lubrication
400g flour
100g Butter
10g Yeast (dry)
130ml Water (warm)
Chives
Sweet pepper
Provencal herbs
Salt
Sugar
Sesame
METHOD
- Chop the onion, transfer it to a bowl and add the salt, pepper and spice mixture, mix. Chop both the onions and red peppers and add to the pre-prepared onion and spice mix. When combined, add the melted butter, the eggs. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and yeast and add to the mixture. Mix everything well with the mixer. When all the ingredients are combined, put the dough in the oven at 50 degrees and leave for a few minutes.
- During this time, prepare two molds and coat them with oil. Then divide the dough into two pieces and pour it into the molds. Coat with egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 180 degrees, 35 minutes.
