Easy flatbread recipe: how to make it at home with simple ingredients!

You’ll love how soft and succulent this flat bread is!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ tsp dry yeast;
1 cup warm water;
2 tsp sugar;
300 g (10 oz) flour;
1 tsp salt;
3 tbsp vegetable oil.
METHOD
- Whisk sugar in warm water until dissolved. Add dry yeast and set aside for 10 minutes to activate.
- Add salt into flour and whisk to combine. Pour yeast solution and the oil into the flour and combine to form a smooth dough.
- Wrap the dough in plastic and set aside for 30-60 minutes, until doubled in size.
- Cut the dough into 6 pieces and roll each one into a ball.
- Roll out the dough balls into a circle and cook each flatbread until golden on both sides.
