Easy flatbread recipe: how to make it at home with simple ingredients!

You’ll love how soft and succulent this flat bread is!

INGREDIENTS
 1 ½ tsp dry yeast;
 1 cup warm water;
 2 tsp sugar;
 300 g (10 oz) flour;
 1 tsp salt;
 3 tbsp vegetable oil.
 
METHOD
  1.  Whisk sugar in warm water until dissolved. Add dry yeast and set aside for 10 minutes to activate.
  2.  Add salt into flour and whisk to combine. Pour yeast solution and the oil into the flour and combine to form a smooth dough.
  3.  Wrap the dough in plastic and set aside for 30-60 minutes, until doubled in size.
  4.  Cut the dough into 6 pieces and roll each one into a ball.
  5.  Roll out the dough balls into a circle and cook each flatbread until golden on both sides.
