Cheese and egg flatbread: quick and easy to make!

INGREDIENTS
220g (1 1/4 cups) of flour
4g of dry yeast 
20g of sugar 
2g of salt
180ml (3/4 cup) of water 
1 egg 
Green onion
Ham
Mozzarella cheese 

METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together water, sugar, and dry yeast, add in flour and salt.
2. Let it rise for 2 hours.
3. Fry the piece of dough with egg, green onion, and ham on low heat from both sides until golden.
4. Top with mozzarella slice.
