Mini focaccias: easy and quick to make!

Ready in just 15 minutes, these fritters are really delicious!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
Fresh parsley
1 egg
15g (1 tbsp) baking powder
6g (1 tsp) salt
200ml (0.8 cup) milk
100g (0.5 cup) feta cheese
540g (4.3 cups) flour 00
Vegetable oil for frying
METHOD
- Chop peppers and parsley. Combine milk, feta cheese, add peppers and parsley, egg, salt, and then gradually add flour and baking powder. Leave the dough to rise.
- Roll out the dough to 2 cm and cut as many circles as possible with a round mold.
- Fry in hot oil.
