Mini focaccias: easy and quick to make!

Ready in just 15 minutes, these fritters are really delicious!

INGREDIENTS
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
Fresh parsley
1 egg
15g (1 tbsp) baking powder
6g (1 tsp) salt
200ml (0.8 cup) milk
100g (0.5 cup) feta cheese
540g (4.3 cups) flour 00
Vegetable oil for frying
 
METHOD
  1. Chop peppers and parsley. Combine milk, feta cheese, add peppers and parsley, egg, salt, and then gradually add flour and baking powder. Leave the dough to rise.
  2. Roll out the dough to 2 cm and cut as many circles as possible with a round mold.
  3. Fry in hot oil.
