Focaccia bread: fluffy and really easy to make!

Perfectly crisp on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside! Here's the secret to make an incredible focaccia every time! 

INGREDIENTS
500g (4 cups) flour (all purpose)
10g salt
7g yeast
400ml (1.7 cup) warm water
Olive oil
Rosemary
 
METHOD
  1. Combine all the ingredients for the dough with a rubber spatula. Pour over the dough with olive oil. Refrigerate for 12 hours. Grease a mold with olive oil. Lay out the dough.
  2. Roll out the dough ball in oll until it completely covers the mold. Let rise for 3 hours. Pour the butter over the dough and make indentations with your fingers. Sprinkle with rosemary.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
