Easy focaccia with sesame seeds: fluffy and so easy to make!

Crisp yet fluffy bread, topped with delicious herbs and seasonings! The result is amazing!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
¼ cup (60 ml) water;
½ cup (60 g) all-purpose flour;
1 tsp sugar;
15 g (0.5 oz) fresh yeast;
1 cup (240 ml) warm water;
2 ¼ cup all-purpose flour;
1 tsp salt;
½ cup water;
1 tbsp honey;
1 cup flour.
METHOD
- Combine the first 4 ingredients to form a smooth dough. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Make another dough using just water, flour and salt. Set aside for 30 minutes.
- Combine yeast mixture with the plane dough and knead until smooth. Cover and let sit for 1 hour.
- Spread the dough in a baking pan, cover and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Make a slurry using water, flour and honey. Pour some slurry over the bread, spread it all over and make indents using your fingertips.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 190C/375F.
