Easy focaccia with sesame seeds: fluffy and so easy to make!

Crisp yet fluffy bread, topped with delicious herbs and seasonings! The result is amazing!

INGREDIENTS
 ¼ cup (60 ml) water;
 ½ cup (60 g) all-purpose flour;
 1 tsp sugar;
 15 g (0.5 oz) fresh yeast;
 1 cup (240 ml) warm water;
 2 ¼ cup all-purpose flour;
 1 tsp salt;
 ½ cup water;
 1 tbsp honey;
 1 cup flour.
 
METHOD
  1.  Combine the first 4 ingredients to form a smooth dough. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
  2.  Make another dough using just water, flour and salt. Set aside for 30 minutes.
  3.  Combine yeast mixture with the plane dough and knead until smooth. Cover and let sit for 1 hour.
  4.  Spread the dough in a baking pan, cover and let sit for 30 minutes.
  5.  Make a slurry using water, flour and honey. Pour some slurry over the bread, spread it all over and make indents using your fingertips.
  6.  Bake for 30 minutes at 190C/375F.
