Sesame fluffy buns: an easy recipe that can be done in under 3 hours!

Just flour, milk, water and eggs to make a dinner everyone will love! 
 
INGREDIENTS
For shuttles
• 500g flour
• 180ml milk
• 60ml water
• 30g melted butter
• 30g icing sugar
•2 eggs
• 8g salt
• 8g yeast
• 1 yolk (for lubrication)
• sesame seeds
 
For tuna cream
• 300g tuna
• 2 yolks
•sunflower oil
• ½ tsp wine vinegar
• 1 tsp mustard
• 2 lemons zest
• paprika
•salt and pepper
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough and knead. Let rise.
  2. Divide the dough into buns weighing 30 grams. Put on a baking sheet with parchment paper and let rise. Grease with the yolk. Bake for 12 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
  3. Make a tuna filling and fill the buns.
