Pumpkin buns: fluffy, fragrant and easy to prepare!

How to make fluffy buns with pumpkin and without the oven!
INGREDIENTS
200g (1 1/4 cup) flour
100g (1/2 cup) pumpkin
1 egg
7g dry yeast
10g (1 tbsp) sugar
2g (1/2 tsp) salt
15ml (1 tbsp) oil
METHOD

METHOD
- In a bowl put the pumpkin puree and egg. Mix it and add salt, sugar, and yeast. Then add flour and mix. Pour oil and knead the dough. Let it rise for an hour and a half.
- Divide the dough into 4 pieces. Make balls and put them in a pan.
- Put the lid on and leave them for 15 minutes.
- Put the pan on low heat and cook. After a while, flip the buns and cook the other side. Serve.
