Fluffy buns: the secret to making them super soft and fragrant!

A simple method to make amazing fluffy bread!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
400ml (1 3/4 cup) Milk
7g dry yeast
2 tbsp sugar
600g (4 cups) Flour
1 tsp salt
30ml (2 1/4 tbsp) Oil
Butter
Apricot jam
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together warm milk with sugar and yeast, add flour and salt. Let the dough rise for about 40 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 8 pieces.
- Boil in hot water for 3 minutes from both sides.
- Transfer to the baking pan and bake for 20 minutes at 200’C(390’F).
- Serve with butter and jam.
