Mini foccacias: the secret to make them fluffy and fragrant!

Super fluffy and easy to make, these are the perfect alternative to usual bread!

INGREDIENTS
500g (3 1/2 cups) flour
50ml (1/4 cup) oil
4g (1 tsp) salt
10g (1 tbsp) sugar
15g (1 tbsp) dry yeast
125ml (1/2 cup) warm milk
125ml (1/2 cup) warm water

METHOD
  1. In a bowl pour the water and milk. Add oil, dry yeast, salt and sugar. Mix it and add flour. Knead the dough and let it rest for 1 hour.
  2. Spread the dough and make circles. Cover them for 20 minutes.
  3. Make small indentations on top and bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
  4. Cover them with water on top and serve.
