Homemade bread buns: how to make them soft and fragrant!

INGREDIENTS

600g (5 cups) of flour
340ml (1 1/2 cups) of water (warm)
30ml (4 tbsp) of extra virgin olive oil
7g (1 tsp) of dry yeast
8g (1 tsp) of salt
Sesame seeds

METHOD
- In a bowl add the flour and create the nest in the middle. Add water (warm), olive oil, dry yeast, salt and mix everything well until you get a dough. Grease the dough with the oil and let it rise for 1 hour.
- When the time has elapsed deflate the dough, knead a little and divide into the 3 parts. Roll the pieces with the hands in the width of a serving plate. Roll it up pinch the tip and repeat the process for other doughs.
- Transfer the pieces of bread on a baking tray lined up with parchment paper and press them with the hand. Cover with a cloth and let it rise for 20 minutes.
Cut the bread buns with a razor, sprinkle them with water and add the sesame seeds on top. - Transfer the bread buns into the oven and bake at 200°C/392°F for 30 minutes.
