How to make the most fluffy bread and buns ever!

This method is a must-try!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
1kg (8 cups) flour (all purpose)
500ml (2.1 cups) warm water
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
10g dry yeast
50g butter
Sesame
Poppy
1 tsp soda
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into portions. Form buns. Let rise for 10 minutes.
- Add 1 tsp of soda to boiling water and boil each bun for 10 seconds. Make cuts on the buns and sprinkle with sesame seeds and poppy seeds.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
