How to make the most fluffy bread and buns ever!

This method is a must-try!

INGREDIENTS
1kg (8 cups) flour (all purpose)
500ml (2.1 cups) warm water
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
10g dry yeast
50g butter
 
Sesame
Poppy
1 tsp soda
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 30 minutes.
  2. Divide the dough into portions. Form buns. Let rise for 10 minutes.
  3. Add 1 tsp of soda to boiling water and boil each bun for 10 seconds. Make cuts on the buns and sprinkle with sesame seeds and poppy seeds.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
