How to make the best fluffy buns for a party!

INGREDIENTS
1 cup warm milk
1 cup water
1 cup oil
1 egg
1 tbsp dry yeast
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
6 cups flour
 
Filling:
1 egg white
Feta cheese
Tomato
Egg yolk
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 2 hours. Form balls and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Allow to rise for 30 minutes.
  2. Beat the egg white. Add feta and mix.
  3. Make a hole in each bun. Put the feta and slice of tomato in the hole. Grease the edges of the buns with yolk. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
