Small buns: how to make them fluffy and delicious!

They are perfect for a party!

INGREDIENTS
250ml (1 cup) warm milk
250g (2 cups) flour 00
250g (2 cups) Manitoba flour
7g (3 tsp) dry yeast
1 tbsp (12g) sugar
60g (0.2 cup) butter
1 egg
½ tbsp salt
1 egg yolk and 1 tbsp of milk for coating
Salami, ham, cheese, tomato, ice berg salad for sandwich preparation
 
METHOD
  1. Melt the butter and milk over low heat, then pour into a glass jar and add sugar and yeast. Stir everything. Add flour, salt, egg.
  2. Knead a fine dough, then leave it to stand for 3 hours in a warm place in a bowl covered with transparent foil.
  3. Knead the dough lightly and divide it into pieces weighing 35-40g.
  4. Knead small balls, arrange in a baking tray and cover with foil and a kitchen towel. Leave for 30 minutes.
  5. Then coat the balls with egg yolk and milk and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  6. Fill the cakes with ham, cheese, salami, salad, or whatever you like.
