Strawberry buns; how to make them fluffy and delicious in a pan!

No-oven needed for the best sweet treat ever!
INGREDIENTS

180g (2/3 cup) Cottage cheese
1 Egg
15g (1 tbsp) Sour cream
25g (2 tbsp) Sugar
220g (2 cups) Cake flour
4g (1 tsp) Baking powder
15g (1 tbsp) Oil
12-15 Strawberries
Decoration:
Icing sugar
METHOD
- Cut the strawberries.
- In a bowl add cottage cheese, egg, sugar, sour cream and mix it.
- In a bowl with flour add baking powder. Mix and add it in a bowl with cheese. Mix it well, add some oil and knead it.
- Divide the dough into two pieces. Spread each piece. Onto one-piece adds strawberries the cover with the other half of the dough.
- Use a glass to cut the dough into circles with the strawberry in the middle.
- In a hot pan add oil and cook the buns. Sprinkle with some icing sugar and serve.
