Strawberry cake in pan: soft, good and very fragrant!

How to make a fluffy and delicious cake without the oven!

INGREDIENTS
5-6 strawberries
1 egg
80g (6 tbsp) sugar
5ml (1 tsp) vanilla
A pinch of salt
70ml (2/3 cup) oil
100ml (1/2 cup) milk
8g (1 tbsp) baking powder
125g (1 cup) flour

METHOD
  1. In a bowl add eggs, sugar, vanilla and milk. Mix it and add oil.
  2. Mix and add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix it all well.
  3. In a pan put the strawberries cut in half. Sprinkle some sugar on them and pour the mixture.
  4. Cook it for 30 minutes. Serve.
