Strawberry cake: soft and really good!

INGREDIENTS
For dough:
500g (4 cups) flour 00
2 egg yolks
240ml (1 cup) milk
120g (0.5 cup) butter
7g (1 tsp) dry yeast
70g (0.3 cup) sugar
a pinch of salt
Charge:
600g (4 cups) strawberries
300g (3.6 cups) cheese
100g (0.4 cup) sour cream
100g (0.5 cup) sugar
20g (3 tbsp) cornstarch
15g (1 tbsp) vanilla sugar
1 egg
Powdered sugar
METHOD
- Combine flour, milk, sugar and yeast, mix everything. Add egg yolks, half-melted butter and knead the dough. Leave the dough to stand for 1 hour.
- Move the dough, roll it out on baking paper. Cut strips along the edges. Arrange the strawberries and sprinkle with powdered sugar, knit the ends of the dough. Cover the dough while you prepare the cream.
- Combine cheese, sour cream, vanilla sugar, sugar, starch, egg and blend. Arrange the strawberries on the dough and sprinkle them with the prepared cream. Coat the ends of the dough with egg yolk.
- Bake at 180 degrees, 40 minutes.
- Sprinkle with icing sugar.
