Strawberry Fluffy Cake

INGREDIENTS
6 egg yolk 
80g vegetable oil
50g strawberry
60g milk
110g cake flour
6 egg whites
80g sugar
 
METHOD
In a big mixing bowl, beat egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form.
In a blender combine strawberry and milk.
Mix egg yolks with vegetable oil, strawberry milk and cake flour, add 2 tbsp whipped egg whites and carefully add egg yolk mixture to the bowl with egg whites, combine.
Bake at 170C/340F for 50-60 minutes.
