How to make delicious buns in a pan!

Easy, quick and perfect for every occasion!

INGREDIENTS
• 200g flour
• 1g salt
• 3g yeast
• 1 egg
• 20g sugar
• 60ml warm milk
 
• 15g butter
• 5g flour
• 10g sesame
• 25g sugar
 
METHOD
  1. Mix flour, salt, yeast, egg, sugar and warm milk. Knead the dough. Add butter and knead the dough well. Let rise.
  2. Roll the cake into a roll. Cut into portions. Let rise.
  3. Mix flour, sesame and sugar. Dip each focaccia in water and in the prepared mixture.
  4. Fry with a small amount of vegetable oil in a pan.
