How to make a delicious cake directly in a pan!

INGREDIENTS
80g (0.6 cup) flour 00
50g (7 tbsp) unsweetened cocoa powder
4g (1 tsp) baking powder
140g (0.6 cup) sugar
60g (4 tbsp) butter
2 eggs (quickly beat when you add it to the mixture of melted butter and cocoa)
120ml (0.5 cup) milk
160ml (0.65 cup) milk for soaking the bark
200ml (0.8 cup) heavy cream
200g (2 cups) of chocolate
METHOD
- Heat a pan about 22 cm in size, put a piece of butter to melt and coat the whole pan with butter. When the butter has melted, add it and combine it with the butter, then add milk, sugar, egg and flour with baking soda. Cover the pan and bake on induction. Check with a toothpick if it is baked, if so, remove the pan from the induction and prick the crust with a toothpick, and soak the nitrogen with milk. Make a mixture of heavy cream and chocolate and pour over the crust.
- Allow to cool slightly, serve warm.
