Easy cake in a pan: this recipe is a must-try!

How to make a delicious cake without the oven!
INGREDIENTS

2 eggs;
120g (3/5 cup) sugar;
a pinch of salt;
150ml (3/5 cups) milk;
100ml (⅓ cup+1 tbsp) vegetable oil;
250g (2 cups) all-purpose;
16g (3 tsp) baking powder;
10g (3 tsp) cocoa powder.
METHOD
- Beat eggs with sugar until pale. Add vegetable oil and a teaspoon of salt into the mixture and whisk again until smooth.
- Combine flour with baking powder.
- Add portions of flour and milk into the egg base, mixing after each portion.
- When the batter is smooth, pour ½ cup of it into another bowl and whisk cocoa into it.
- Grease and dust with flour a 26 cm pan. Pour batter without cocoa into it and spread evenly. Pour cocoa butter in the middle and form a flower using a toothpick or skewer, as shown on the video.
- Cover a pan with a lid and cook the cake over the smallest heat possible for 10 minutes, then remove the lid and cook for 30 minutes more.
- When the cake is set on top, flip it onto the other side using a large plate.
- Cook for 5-10 minutes more or until fully cooked through and brown on top.
- Flip on the plate and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
